Lotus Private Party Package Details
What:
- Have your child's birthday party with us! Not enrolled with The Lotus Studio? No problem you don't have to be!
- Private access to all party areas for the duration of your reserved party time.
- Fun activities like our overhead interactive BEAM projector, 30ft tumble track, bouncy house, obstacle course, ongoing dance party, open play in our large acrobatic mat room, and more!
Additional Activities & Expenses:
- You are able to extend your party time by 1 - 2 hours for $100.00 per hour.
- The Lotus Studio group lead activity time for $40.00 per hour (1hr limit).
Let us present group games and activities specific to your child! Together we will discuss what your child would find most entertaining, and The Lotus Studio staff will put together an hour of jam packed fun for all of the children to do together. This could include anything from old fashion parachute games to learning a choreographed birthday dance dressed as a unicorn. Anything goes!
Party Guests:
- Invite 10 friends to join you. Want to invite more people? No problem, additional party guests will be $10 each for 25 children total.
- Parents will not be charged to attend.
- Please note The Lotus Studio Employees will be monitoring for safety, but it is the parents responsibility to watch their child.
Party Time Availability:
- Saturday
12:00 - 2:00 pm
OR
2:30 - 4:30 pm
- Friday by request only

- We recommend 1½ hours of fun, then 30 minutes for cake and presents in private dining area
- All reservations must be booked 7 days in advance, and must have a paid deposit to be considered booked
Rates & Fees:
- $250.00 for the general party package for up to 10 children
(This will include a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit)
- $10.00 per child after 10 children for up to 25 children total
- $100.00 per hour for additional time to be added to your party
- $40.00 per hour (1hr limit) for The Lotus Studio group lead activity time
Rules & Guidelines:
- $100.00 nonrefundable deposit is due before your party can be considered booked
- The Lotus Studio only accepts cash or card payments
- All outstanding charges will be due on the day of the party
- All children attending the party must have an online waiver completed by parent or guardian before they can enter the studio. Parents are able to sign a blanket waiver when they arrive if they plan to stay.
- You can enter and decorate the dining area 15 mins prior to your start time. We ask that nothing is hung on the walls, no silly string, glitter, confetti, or piñatas. We do not have capacity to store anything in our refrigerators so please plan accordingly.
- Please keep all food, drinks, toys, party favors, balloons, and anything else in dinning area and out of the studio rooms or hallways.
- Sadly the equipment is for child use only. No adults on any equipment please.
