Adult Lyrical Dance

Service Description

Our adult dance classes are designed for adult dancers of all ages and skill levels. We are an inclusive studio, all are welcome so come as you are! Let your hair down and have some fun, burn a few calories, work that mental muscle, and find a community that helps you feel more connected and confident. For the month of February 2024 we will have an adult lyrical style class on Thursdays from 8 - 9 pm. We will change up the style of class each session. Class will start with a group warm up, then you will learn a low impact short routine that is different each week featuring our original choreography influenced by hot popular artists. Before we finish class with a group cool down, you'll have the chance to cheer on your fellow dancers and capture video of the routine on your phone. Participation in the video is completely optional but encouraged.
